It is easy to measure the surface flatness, straightness, angle, straightness, twist, parallelism. The Ultra autocollimator is used extensively in workshops, tool rooms, (two axis straightness measurement), inspection departments and quality control, laboratories throughout the world.

Ultra Dual Axis Digital Autocollimator

The Ultra Dual Axis Autocollimator gives high accuracy measurement of angle, straightness, flatness, squareness and parallelism. This digital autocollimator is controlled using a tablet PC with clear touch-screen software, using the latest CCD technology.




Ultra High Precision Dual Axis Digital Autocollimator

A high precision version of the above Ultra Autocollimator, ideal for ultra-precision measurements and indexing of small angles. One of the most precise autocollimators on the market, the Ultra High Precision Autocollimator is commonly used for applications such as calibration and setting of Polygons, Rotary Tables and encoders.




Prism Checker

The Taylor Hobson automated prism/polygon measurement system offers high stability angle measurement and testing of optical prisms, polygons, wedges and angle gauges from as little as 2mm² in size. A combination of high precision hardware and dedicated software ensure polygon measurement to better than 1 second.




TA51 Visual Autocollimator

The TA51 visual autocollimator has a wide range yet maintains a high measurement accuracy, this system is popular in the measurement and calibration of indexing heads and other angular devices such as polygons and clinometers. Combined with optional Taylor Hobson's alignment software (manual data input) this autocollimator can provide measurement features such as angle straightness, squareness and parallelism. The addition of a CCTV camera with visual software allows the image to be magnified up to x8.




TA60 Visual Autocollimator

The TA60 is a cost effective dual axes graticule auto-collimator with a large gauge range to resolution. Its small size and robust design lend itself to fixturing making it easy to adapt to many different applications.




VA900 Visual Autocollimator

The VA900 visual autocollimator has an excellent range to resolution with an accuracy of 1 arc sec, this system is popular in the measurement and calibration of indexing heads and other angular devices such as prisms and clinometers. Combined with Taylor Hobson's alignment software (manual data input) this system can provide measurement features such as angle straightness, squareness and parallelism.
